Flotilla 17-02 in Warminster, PA  is a proud member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, supporting the District 5NR.  Our Auxiliarists provide experience and talent across multiple disciplines supporting the Unites States Coast Guard and its mission. Members currently work side by side with Coast Guard personnel in a range of activities including (Watch Standing, Marine Safety, Telecommunications & Vessel Checks) Members also train to support The Coast Guard in times of natural disasters as warranted by the Commandant of the United States Coast Guard. We invite you to join us and use your knowledge and talent to support mission of the Coast Guard. In return make new friends, learn new skills and enhance existing ones as a member of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.


About the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary

The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary is the uniformed, all-volunteer component of the United States Coast Guard. The Auxiliary was created by an Act of Congress in 1939, and has grown to over 23,000 members who daily support the Coast Guard in all its non-military, and non-law-enforcement missions. We have members and units in all 50 states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Guam.

 

Membership 
Membership in the Auxiliary is open to persons 17 years of age and older.  We are organized into16 districts nationwide, comprised of 171 divisions with approximately 980 flotillas.
